By using ShopFlow you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.
The service
ShopFlow is an app for recording sales, stock, expenses and customer accounts. It is new, and we keep improving it. Features may change.
Your account
- Keep your password and PIN to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account and by the staff you invite.
- Give a real email address, so you can reset your password.
Your records
- Your shop's records belong to you. We only use them to run the service for you.
- ShopFlow helps you keep records, but you are responsible for checking them, and for your tax and legal obligations. ShopFlow receipts are not tax invoices.
- Records made without internet are backed up when the phone goes online. If a phone is lost or the app is removed before that, those records may be lost.
Packages and payment
- Packages and their prices are on the packages page. Paid packages are paid monthly, in advance.
- Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects you.
Fair use
Do not use ShopFlow for anything illegal, try to get into other people's accounts, or try to break or overload the service.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep ShopFlow running and your records safe, but we cannot promise it will never fail. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it, and our responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Stopping
You can stop using ShopFlow at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
